Pomegranate and Clementines with Honey-Lime-Cardamom Syrup
Serves 8

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup honey
2 limes, juiced
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
2 pomegranates, edible seeds removed
8 clementines, segmented
Fresh mint garnish

DIRECTIONS
  1. Bring honey, lime and cardamom to boil.
  2. Let cool and drizzle on fruit.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint.

Serve and enjoy!
