Pumpkin Pie Wontons
Makes 24

INGREDIENTS
1 can of pumpkin
6 Tablespoons sucanat (sugar cane natural) and 2 Tablespoons sucanat for topping
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp extra for topping
24 wonton wrappers
Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix pumpkin, sugar, and pie spice together
  3. Spoon <1 Tablespoon of pumpkin filling into center of each wonton
  4. Fold filled wonton into triangle, moisten edges, and press closed with fork
  5. Arrange filled wontons on ungreased cookie sheet
  6. Spray wontons with cooking spray and sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice and sucanat
  7. Bake until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
