White Bean Bruschetta Pita
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
6 plum tomatoes, diced
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T dried Italian herb blend
1 T olive oil
2 T balsamic vinegar
4 whole grain pitas, cut in ½

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine tomatoes through vinegar in bowl.
  2. Serve tomato mixture in toasted pitas.
