Peach & Blackberry Crepes
Serves 8

INGREDIENTS
4 ready to eat crepe shells (such as Melissa™ brand)
3 peaches, diced into tiny pieces
4 T black raspberry 100% all fruit spread (such as St. Dalfour™ brand)
4 T chopped walnut
2 T candied ginger pieces

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut crepes in ½.
  2. Combine peaches and fruit spread.
  3. Fill each ½ crepe with peach mixture and top with walnuts. Close crepe.
  4. Top each closed crepe with a bit of peach mixture and sprinkle with candied ginger.
