Ginger Bark
Makes 24 pieces

INGREDIENTS
1 bag (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips (no added milk fat; such as Enjoy Life™ brand)
1 cup candied ginger baking chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a double boiler, melt chocolate
  2. Pour chocolate on to cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Spread into an even thin layer.
  3. Sprinkle candied ginger pieces on top
  4. Let chocolate set in fridge
  5. Break into ~1.5 inch squares
