Golden Honey Rum Bananas with Pecans
Serves 8

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light rum
4 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
3 Tablespoons candied ginger, chopped

DIRECTIONS
  1. Wisk together honey and rum
  2. Place 1/2 of each sliced banana in an oven-safe ramekin
  3. Drizzle with honey-rum mixture
  4. Broil for 10-12 minutes until golden
  5. Sprinkle with pecans and candied ginger
