Strawberry Lime Ice
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of strawberries, cleaned, chopped, and frozen
4 limes, juice and zest
2 T honey
2 T of coconut, shredded

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend together berries, lime (juice and zest), and honey until smooth
  2. Portion mixture into 4 serving glasses
  3. Top each with a sprinkle of coconut and a wedge of lime

Serve and Enjoy!
