Sliced Strawberries with Whipped Mango Puree
Serves 8

INGREDIENTS
1 cup lite coconut milk
1 large mango, diced
1 lime, zest and juice
2 Tablespoons agave nectar
6 cups sliced strawberries

DIRECTIONS
  1. In blender or with handblender, whip coconut milk, mango, lime juice and agave.
  2. Top sliced strawberries with mango puree and lime zest.
