Whipped Fresh Herb Cheese
Serves 16
INGREDIENTS
2 containers (16 ounces each) low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup fresh chives
1/4 cup fresh basil
2 Tablespoons fresh dill or parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
Squeeze lemon juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Whole Wheat Baguette, sliced and toasted
Crudités (baby carrots, cucumber, peapods and grape tomatoes)
NOTE: Can also use as a sauce for cooked whole wheat pasta.
