Sunflower Seed Hummus Finger Sandwiches
Serves 15
INGREDIENTS
Hummus:
2 – 16 oz cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
3 T sunflower seed butter
2 lemons, juiced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 dashes of cayenne
Loaf of whole grain bread, crusts cut off (10 slices)
2 avocados
4 plum tomatoes
1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds as garnish (optional)
