Mexican Chocolate Fondue
Makes 12 servings (~2 Tablespoons each)

INGREDIENTS
10 ounces Mexican chocolate (such as Ibarra™ )
1/2 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk (such as Almond Breeze™)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Fresh fruit such as strawberries, bananas, pineapple
Skewers for fondue dipping

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt chocolate and almond milk over double boiler. (Add splash of almond milk if too thick.)
  2. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Dip fresh fruit or whole grain graham crackers into chocolate.
