Grilled Banana Sundaes
Serves 8

INGREDIENTS
4 bananas, sliced in half lengthwise with peel on
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup mini vegan chocolate chips (brand such as Enjoy Foods™)
8 cherries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grill bananas with flesh side down (about 5-7 minutes until grill marks and tender)
  2. Top bananas with walnuts, chocolate chips and cherries
