Fresh Peach Granola Crumble with Blackberry Puree
Serves 6

INGREDIENTS
1/2 pint blackberries
2 teaspoons agave nectar
3/4 cup granola
3 ripe peaches, halved, pitted, and sliced

DIRECTIONS
  1. With hand blender or potato masher, puree blackberries and agave nectar.
  2. In ramekins, layer granola, peach slices, and drizzle with blackberry puree.
