Bay Avocado Salad Sandwich
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
1 avocado, diced
1 can (15.5 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
4 green onions, finely chopped

DRESSING:
2 teaspoons Old Bay™ Seasoning
2 limes, juiced (about 4 Tablespoons)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper

4 whole wheat rolls

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together avocado through green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, wisk together dressing ingredients and add to avocado/bean mixture.
  3. Remove bread from center of each roll (leaving more room to spoon in filling).
  4. Spoon avocado/bean mixture into roll
