Sautéed Banana and Chocolate Nut Crepes
Serves 6

INGREDIENTS

6 pre-made crepes (Friedas™ or Melissa’s™)
3 bananas, sliced
1 Tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 Tablespoons chocolate soynut butter (I.M. Healthy brand™)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Sautee bananas, honey, and cinnamon for 3-4 minutes, until warm
  2. Fill 1/2 of each crepe with warm bananas
  3. Fold in half and in half again forming a triangle
  4. Heat chocolate soynut butter and drizzle over crepes
