
Pumpkin Pie Wontons
Makes 24
INGREDIENTS
1 can of pumpkin
6 Tablespoons sucanat (sugar cane natural) and 2 Tablespoons sucanat for topping
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp extra for topping
24 wonton wrappers
Cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix pumpkin, sugar, and pie spice together
- Spoon <1 Tablespoon of pumpkin filling into center of each wonton
- Fold filled wonton into triangle, moisten edges, and press closed with fork
- Arrange filled wontons on ungreased cookie sheet
- Spray wontons with cooking spray and sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice and sucanat
- Bake until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
