
Tuscan White Bean Crostini
Serves 12
INGREDIENTS
1 T olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp rosemary, dried
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 – 16 oz can white beans, drained and rinsed
Whole grain baguette, sliced and toasted
Balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Sauté garlic, rosemary, red pepper, and salt in oil
- With a hand blender, puree beans until smooth. Blend oil mixture into beans.
- Spread beans on baguette slices and top with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
