Swiss Muesli with Barley and Oats
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats - uncooked
1 cup barley flakes - uncooked
2 cups light soymilk (for thicker consistency, use 2 cups lowfat yogurt)
2 small apples, favorite type
Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together oats, barley, and soymilk
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes or overnight
  3. Top with diced apple and cinnamon

Serve and Enjoy!
