
Swiss Muesli with Barley and Oats
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats - uncooked
1 cup barley flakes - uncooked
2 cups light soymilk (for thicker consistency, use 2 cups lowfat yogurt)
2 small apples, favorite type
Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together oats, barley, and soymilk
- Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes or overnight
- Top with diced apple and cinnamon
Serve and Enjoy!
