
Almond Date Truffles
Makes 16 truffles
INGREDIENTS
16 dried dates, pitted and chopped
¼ cup water
1 cup puffed brown rice
32 almonds, crushed
DIRECTIONS
- Puree dates and water in a food processor
- Stir date puree with puffed brown rice
- Roll mixture into 16 balls
- Coat each ball in crushed almonds
