
Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake
Makes 12 mini desserts
INGREDIENTS
12 whole wheat graham crackers (such as Mi-Del™), crushed
¾ cup dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips (such as Tropical Source™), melted
32 oz low fat plain yogurt, drained overnight (“yogurt cheese”)
1.5 cup strawberries, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Place graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of small individual dessert glasses
- Blend together yogurt cheese and melted chocolate chips
- Top with chopped strawberries
Serve and enjoy
