Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake
Makes 12 mini desserts

INGREDIENTS
12 whole wheat graham crackers (such as Mi-Del™), crushed
¾ cup dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips (such as Tropical Source™), melted
32 oz low fat plain yogurt, drained overnight (“yogurt cheese”)
1.5 cup strawberries, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of small individual dessert glasses
  2. Blend together yogurt cheese and melted chocolate chips
  3. Top with chopped strawberries

Serve and enjoy
