
Ginger Bark
Makes 24 pieces
INGREDIENTS
1 bag (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips (no added milk fat; such as Enjoy Life™ brand)
1 cup candied ginger baking chips
DIRECTIONS
- In a double boiler, melt chocolate
- Pour chocolate on to cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Spread into an even thin layer.
- Sprinkle candied ginger pieces on top
- Let chocolate set in fridge
- Break into ~1.5 inch squares
