
Golden Honey Rum Bananas with Pecans
Serves 8
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light rum
4 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
3 Tablespoons candied ginger, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Wisk together honey and rum
- Place 1/2 of each sliced banana in an oven-safe ramekin
- Drizzle with honey-rum mixture
- Broil for 10-12 minutes until golden
- Sprinkle with pecans and candied ginger
