Strawberries with Rosewater & Honey Creme
Makes 6 servings (3/4 cup berries with 1/4 cup topping)

INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1.5 teaspoons rosewater
3 Tablespoons honey
1 lemon, zest and juice
4.5 cups sliced strawberries
6 Tablespoons chopped pistachios

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix yogurt, rosewater, honey, lemon zest and juice.
  2. Top sliced berries with yogurt mixture and pistachios.
