Whipped Fresh Herb Cheese
Serves 16

INGREDIENTS
2 containers (16 ounces each) low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup fresh chives
1/4 cup fresh basil
2 Tablespoons fresh dill or parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
Squeeze lemon juice
Salt & Pepper to taste

Whole Wheat Baguette, sliced and toasted
Crudités (baby carrots, cucumber, peapods and grape tomatoes)

DIRECTIONS
  1. In food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth and tinted green.
  2. Serve with crostini and fresh vegetables.

NOTE: Can also use as a sauce for cooked whole wheat pasta.
