
Mexican Chocolate Fondue
Makes 12 servings (~2 Tablespoons each)
INGREDIENTS
10 ounces Mexican chocolate (such as Ibarra™ )
1/2 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk (such as Almond Breeze™)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Fresh fruit such as strawberries, bananas, pineapple
Skewers for fondue dipping
DIRECTIONS
- Melt chocolate and almond milk over double boiler. (Add splash of almond milk if too thick.)
- Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
- Dip fresh fruit or whole grain graham crackers into chocolate.
