Summer Berry Brulee
Serves 6

INGREDIENTS
3 cups sliced strawberries
1.5 cups low-fat Greek/strained yogurt
3 Tablespoons organic cane sugar

DIRECTIONS
  1. Put 1/2 cup sliced berries into ramekin.
  2. Top with 1/4 cup yogurt and sprinkle with 1/2 Tablespoon sugar.
  3. Immediately use culinary torch to burn sugar until golden, about 4 minutes per ramekin.
  4. Put in fridge for at least 15 minutes to harden sugar and chill yogurt.

Note: This recipe is worth buying yourself a torch if you don’t have one!
