
Fresh Peach Granola Crumble with Blackberry Puree
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pint blackberries
2 teaspoons agave nectar
3/4 cup granola
3 ripe peaches, halved, pitted, and sliced
DIRECTIONS
- With hand blender or potato masher, puree blackberries and agave nectar.
- In ramekins, layer granola, peach slices, and drizzle with blackberry puree.
