Dessert lovers, this WOW is for you!
We’ve all heard this advice…”If you want something sweet, grab a piece of fruit.” Well…I say phooey to that. When I’m looking for dessert, a plain piece of fruit just ain’t gonna cut it.
So in comes my solution:
Fancy Fruit Desserts
FRUIT + a few extra ingredients to make it feel
like a real dessert!
When you have a sweet tooth, fruit is one of the best things you can grab because it has:

✨phytochemicals to strengthen your cells
✨gut friendly fiber
So a FANCY FRUIT DESSERT uses real fruit as the base, adds a few extra ingredients, and voilà…you have fruit that feels like a special dessert. Fancy!
9 Fancy Fruit Desserts
each one is packed with nutrition and has no added sugar, no white flour & nothing artificial!
3 Ingredient Cookies
Mash 2 bananas and mix w/ 1 c. rolled oats and 1/4 c. chopped walnuts. Bake at 375F for 18-20 minutes. Makes 16 cookies.
Piña Colada Slush
Blend 1 c. frozen pineapple with the juice of 1 lime and 1/4 c. unsweetened plant milk. Top with unsweetened coconut flakes.
Hot Apple Crisp
Chop 1 apple and top with 2 T. almond flour. Microwave for 3 minutes. Then sprinkle with cinnamon & chopped almonds.
Banana Nice Cream
Blend 1 sliced & frozen banana with 1/4 c. unsweetened plant milk. Top with a drizzle of almond butter.
Apple Nachos
Slice 1 apple, arrange on a plate, and drizzle w/ almond butter, cocoa nibs & unsweetened coconut flakes.
Grilled Peaches & Cream
Cut 1 peach in half and remove pit. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes. Top w/ chopped pecans, sprinkle of cinnamon & dollop of Greek yogurt.
Broiled Banana Split
Slice 1 banana lengthwise, keep peel on. Broil for 4 minutes. Top with chopped walnuts & a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
Chocolate Cherry Shake
Blend 1 c. frozen cherries with 1/2 c. unsweetened plant milk and 2 T. cocoa powder until smooth.
Strawberries & PB Whip
Stir 1 T. peanut butter into 1/2 c. Greek yogurt. Use as a dip for 1 c. strawberries.
