These 4-ingredient, easy to make rolls are made with 100% whole grain Quaker oats. 4-Ingredient Oat Rolls (makes 6 rolls)
Ingredients
1 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a blender, pulse oats into a flour texture.
Mix together oats, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in yogurt until a dough forms.
Shape dough into 6 round rolls. Optional: Use kitchen scissors to clip an “X” on the top of each roll for visual interest.
Place rolls on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, until golden.
VARIATIONS: These oat rolls are delicious as-is or you can add savory or sweet toppings such as green onion & cheddar or honey & cinnamon (this is totally optional!)
