Ingredients
- 1 green tea bag
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup 100% orange juice
- 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 package (12 ounces) DOLE Very Veggie Mix
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (black & white if available)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 16 frozen/thawed tail-off shrimp, grilled (about 1 pound)
Directions
- Steep tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes; discard tea bag.
- Whisk tea with juice, vinegar, oil and ginger.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
