A classic grilled cheese, but made with lots of kale (you can use frozen broccoli or cauliflower instead) + sprouted whole grain bread + served w/ a simple salad. Nourishing the body, satisfying the soul!💕

Ingredients
- Extra virgin olive oil spray
- 1 cup frozen kale, cooked
- 4 slices sprouted whole grain bread
- 4 slices organic whole milk sharp cheddar cheese
- 12oz pre-made salad kit
- 1 whole romaine heart, rinsed and thinly sliced
Directions
Grilled Cheese: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray one side of each piece of bread with olive oil spray. Place a slice of cheese on the non-oiled side of each piece of bread. Make two sandwiches each with a 1/2 cup of cooked kale inside. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted on the inside.
Salad: Toss together salad mix and romaine in a large bowl.
Serve each sandwich with 1/2 the salad.
