I partnered with Quaker to create this Meal-in-a-Glass Oatmeal Smoothie. Let’s take your traditional bowl of oatmeal and blend it into a simple 5-ingredient smoothie! Quaker Oats are 100% whole grain and a good source of fiber to help support a healthy digestive system. Oats have a unique nutrition profile with a balance of both insoluble and soluble fiber. So blend up a fiber-rich smoothie (7.5g of fiber to be exact) today and your body will thank you for it! This recipe post is sponsored by Quaker, but the thoughts and opinions are my own.

Could you use a green apple instead of the banana in this recipe? Almond milk yogurt?
Dawn says
Yes, you can use a green apple in the smoothie or 1 cup of any type of fruit you’d like. And you can use any type of yogurt you’d like. NOTE: The nutrition information was done using organic 2% plain Greek yogurt which usually has more protein than plant-based yogurts.

Would you be able to use kale instead of spinach??
DJ Blatner, RDN says
Yes, kale works and I love it w/ kale. Spinach and baby kale have more subtle “green” flavors. Cheers! xx
