Smoothies are a simple & delicious way to enjoy the nutrition of fruits, veggies, and whole grains like Quaker Oats. I love to give my smoothies a boost by adding 1/2 cup of Quaker oats for 4g fiber. This Matcha Chip Oat Smoothie highlights rolled oats along with matcha green tea, cocoa nibs (nature’s chocolate chip), and even has spinach & cauliflower. It’s a must try!

1/2 cup baby spinach
2 teaspoons cocoa nibs
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1/4 cup ice (add more or less depending on how thick you like it)

Pro-Tips:
- Like it more crunchy? Don’t blend in cocoa nibs, just stir them in at the end.
