LOCATION: Chicago @ the beautiful Soho House. The entire weekend will be in & around Soho House and they will have room rates just for us. This neighborhood is called the West Loop, and it’s my soon-to-be new neighborhood! Come play in my stomping grounds.
WHEN: APRIL 29 – May 1, 2016. Friday night to Sunday afternoon.
WHO: There are 5 spots. Please submit your application (see BELOW) to make sure this is the right program for you before you invest your time, energy, and money. PS: Don’t think too hard when filling out the brief application, just whatever comes to you.
COST: $2100 (Includes materials, goodies & meals. Does not include travel or hotel.)
EXTRAS: After attending a private coaching weekend, you will get access to a private Facebook Group. This is where you can ask questions, share ideas, etc. with ME and the group of all “graduates.” This is an awesome network of people all wanting a healthier & happier life with real food, more fun, and no B.S. The Private Coaching Weekend is the spark of motivation, but we will stay connected to keep your healthy routines & good habits running in your real life.
EXPECTATIONS & RESULTS:
- Pre-work: You’ll do photo logging so we can review your lifestyle in detail together over the weekend.
- Personalization: I have a signature 3-step weight loss & healthy living system that I teach all of my clients. I will teach you that system, BUT I will use the applications you submit to personalize the weekend, to make sure we address everything you want.
- One-on-one: You’ll have scheduled one-on-one time with me, without the group, to address your specific needs.
- Fun: Healthy happy hours, fireplace chats, meals together, music, exercise, smoothies.
- Results: It’s simple. You will learn exactly how to feed YOUR body & get the mental tools to stop sabotaging yourself.
