In the INITIAL session we will review your goals, current routine, and you’ll walk away w/ a specific, clear, realistic ACTION PLAN & resources, tips, tricks, and tools. Examples include meal plan templates, recipes, snack ideas, travel/dining out strategies, photo food logging app, mindset worksheets, etc.
In the FOLLOW-UP sessions, we will review successes & struggles. The goal is to problem-solve the habit & mindset patterns that are getting in the way of your results. This is a NO JUDGEMENT zone. It’s not about being on/off or good/bad. These sessions are all about creating REAL LIFE success strategies using science + my personal/professional experience. xx
