I have been trying to find a way of eating that makes me feel good and is easy. Your recipes in the book are so easy and delicious and I don’t waste food since so many recipes call for the same things or I can interchange some of the grains or the vegetables or the beans for what I have on hand. I feel great and my cholesterol dropped from 205 to 176! My weight was creeping up and no matter what I did, it wouldnt come off, but now I’ve lost almost 8 lbs! Thank you so much!
