I’m still loving all things pumpkin spice.
Over the weekend, I was in the mood for a PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE. And I wanted it to be easy, low-sugar, and protein-packed.
After a few experiments, I got it! The perfect speedy PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE. It gets its creamy latte vibes + 10g of protein from… HEMP SEEDS!

Protein-Packed
Pumpkin Spice Latte
INGREDIENTS
1 cup brewed coffee or tea
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth & frothy. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. YUM.
Nutritionals: 197 calories, 15g fat, 1g sat fat, 0mg cholesterol, 1mg sodium, 6g carbs, 1g fiber, 5g added sugar, 10g protein
PRO-TIPS:
– Buy “hulled hemp seeds” or “hemp hearts.”
– Use an actual blender, not a coffee frother. The blender is needed to break down the hemp seeds & make them creamy.
– You can add 1 tablespoon of canned pumpkin to this recipe, but I didn’t to keep it minimal ingredients.
– Make this with your favorite coffee OR make it with your favorite tea such as ginger tea, fennel tea, turmeric tea, earl grey, or matcha.

Love Pumpkin anything! Ive been adding 1/3c. pumpkin , 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, and espresso and a little milk along with my protein/collagen shake. Yum!
