Ingredients
SALAD:
- romaine lettuce
- cucumber
- carrot
- radish
- jalapeño
- fresh cilantro
- fresh mint (don't skip this!)
- grilled & shredded chicken
DRESSING (2 servings):
- 2T avocado mayo
- 2T fresh lime juice
- 1T coconut aminos
Directions
Mix the dressing, toss it w/ the salad ingredients, and we also drizzle a little sriracha on top. SO GOOD!
Pro-Tip: Cut up lots of the ingredients and make extra dressing. You're gonna want to keep leftovers in the fridge to eat this on major REPEAT.
