- sprouted wrap
- mashed avocado
- cheddar cheese
- lots of spinach, cucumber, carrots
- spicy sauerkraut (happy gut!)
Directions
Mash avocado on sprouted wrap and top with cheddar cheese, spinach, cucumber, carrots, & spicy sauerkraut. Wrap it up!
