Ingredients
- 1 sprouted whole grain wrap
- 1/2 mashed avocado
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- lots of spinach (1/2 cup), cucumber (1/4 cup), carrots (1/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons spicy sauerkraut (happy gut!)
Directions
Mash avocado on sprouted wrap and top with cheddar cheese, spinach, cucumber, carrots, & spicy sauerkraut. Wrap it up!

Will any sauerkraut work?

Yes, you can use any sauerkraut. Just make sure it’s an unpasteurized version so that you’re still getting the good bacteria. PS: Also don’t cook/heat sauerkraut to keep those good bacteria alive. ENJOY! Love this wrap! xx
