Typical jams have added sugars, but this SuperSwap version needs no additives thanks to the natural sugars in fruit. Chia seeds not only thicken the jam, but also add healthy fats, fiber, and protein. Spread this on almond butter toast or stir it into yogurt. The fig version is especially good on a cheese board.

My husband is Diabetic. He loves Jam. i can’t wait to try this for him.
We were recently told that his sugar levels are too high and the doctor wants
to put him on a ton of meds. i asked him to try to change our food habbits together and see if we can get it under control. He agreed. Then i happened to stumble across a show that you were on, my diet is better than yours. I was so excited i looked you up.
i can’t wait to see how we both do.

I really really enjoy my fat free French vanilla coffee creamer in my coffee. I’m a mom with 3 small ones, so I tend to drink more than I should. I’m cutting down my coffee intake but I really want to swap out that creamer as well, I’m picky when it comes to it. Please help.
Dawn says
Yes! Love that you want to get rid of CRAP creamer! 😉 Try 1 tablespoon full-fat coconut milk (from a can) in your coffee. Freeze the leftover coconut milk in 1 tablespoon portions in an ice cube tray. Also add cinnamon, ground vanilla bean or unsweetened cocoa powder to your coffee. All of these things taste sweet but have no sugar or artificial sweeteners!! Superswap!

Hi- love this! is there a way to do it raw? Like puree everything and let it sit?
Dawn says
Love the idea, raw chia jam. Consider pureeing the fruit, stirring in the chia seed, and then letting it sit in the fridge for a few hours. I prefer chia seeds whole rather than pureed. Let me know how it goes. OMYUM!
