Ingredients
1 ripe fresh avocado (halved, pitted & peeled)
2 very ripe bananas (peeled & sliced)
1 cup low-fat milk
4 dates (pitted & diced)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Directions
Into a blender or food processor, add avocado, bananas, milk, dates, and cocoa powder.
Blend until it’s completely smooth & creamy.
Pour the mixture evenly into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight, until firm.
