Ingredients
1 cup Quaker old fashioned oats
1/2 cup favorite unsweetened milk
2 eggs
1 banana
1.5 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons powdered ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Cook in waffle maker until golden and crisp, about 6 minutes.
