You’ll love this Greek yogurt version of Caesar salad dressing. This recipe has no anchovies… instead the flavor comes from bright lemon, nutty parmesan cheese, and tangy dijon. Two tablespoons have just 45 calories, no added sugar & 2g protein. And the best part, there’s no food processor or blender to clean, it’s a stir & go recipe!

Hi Dawn,
I listen to you on WGN and love you segment!
I made the Greek Yogurt salad dressing and found it to be overly tart. Too much lemon juice. Can you suggest any other homemade dressing without lemon juice.
DJ Blatner, RDN says
I love this dressing. Try making it with 2% or whole Greek yogurt (not 0% fat), and start with just 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice (and add more if needed). And you can use 1-2 tablespoons cold water to thin it out. xx
