Ingredients
• 1 bunch carrots, washed & peeled (about 8 carrots)
• 2 tablespoons of hot honey
If you don't have hot honey you can make your own! Combine 2 tablespoons of honey with 2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes.
Directions
Wash and peel carrots. Squeeze hot honey over carrots and toss to coat. Place on a baking sheet & roast in 425° oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
