HUMMUS QUESADILLAS!!!

Ingredients
- Tortilla (we used almond flour)
- Hummus
- Spinach
- Feta
- Tzatziki (we used premade)
- Tomato
- Lemon garlic dressing
Directions
Brush one side of tortilla with olive or avocado oil. Spread hummus on the other side.
In pan over medium heat, place oil side down.
Add spinach & feta off to one side and fold in half.
Cook for about 2 minutes until crisp, flip, and cook another 2 minutes until golden.
Serve with tzatziki and tomatoes tossed w/ dressing.
