Ingredients
SALAD:
- romaine lettuce
- purple cabbage
- red onion
- mango
- jalapeño
- avocado
- jerk seasoning
- grilled chicken
DRESSING (2 servings):
- 2T fresh lime juice + 1T olive oil + 1tsp jerk seasoning
Directions
Mix the dressing, toss it w/ the salad ingredients, and you've got tons of Carribbean flavor! We are enjoying this on delicious repeat.
