Ingredients
- 1 piece of sprouted whole grain bread, toasted
- 1/2 can of wild caught tuna
- 1 medium-boiled egg (8 min egg)
- 1 roma tomato, cut into quarters
- chopped parsley
- sliced red onion
- lemon-garlic dressing
Directions
Cut toast in half, top w/ all the goodies, and drizzle with lemon-garlic dressing.
