This pumpkin cream soda is an easy to make, fun, refreshing fall mocktail.
Of course you could add bourbon if you wanted to spike your happy hour. 😉

1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla plant milk
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 cup sparkling water
6+ ice cubes
In a 12-16 ounce glass, mix pumpkin, milk, and maple syrup. Add sparkling water and ice cubes. Stir & enjoy!
PS: If you want it to taste like pumpkin PIE cream soda, add 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
