Ingredients
- 1 cup black coffee
- 2 Tablespoons canned pumpkin
- 2 Tablespoons coconut milk (canned, full fat - freeze remainder in ice cube tray)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
1. Combine coffee, pumpkin & pumpkin pie spice in a mason jar. Shake vigorously. Pour into a mug. 2. Add coconut milk to mason jar. Shake vigorously to get it frothy. Pour on top of coffee mixture & sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice. 3. Enjoy!

Ah, yes! Mix 1T of unsweetened cocoa powder* with a tiny bit of hot coffee until it turns into a paste. in a mason jar, shake the paste w/ the rest of the hot coffee & top w/ the shaken coconut milk. *Unsweetened “natural” cocoa powder is a secret weapon for chocolate lovers. Just 10 calories & lots of dark chocolate benefits. Make sure you are buying non-alkalized (alkalized cocoa doesn’t have the same health benefits).

I tried the unsweetened cocoa powder with coconut milk and a tiny dash of vanilla extract and it was super delicious! I am no longer going to buy the store creamer anymore now since this recipe is way better. The adults in my household love the new recipe. Thanks Dawn!
