I used this as a sauce for my pizza and it was excellent! it really does taste like ranch, but better! thanks for the recipe!
Made this last night & it was awesome. I had it today on my salad at lunch & at dinner & my husband is just putting the last of it on his dinner salad. Will definitely make again. Thank you

Hi Dawn, I’m so inspired by your recipes, and love that you break many of them down into individual portions, in your book — which is also EXCELLENT!
Can you tell me how long the Raw Cashew Dressing stays fresh?
Thanks for sending such GOOD VIBES via your comment! Your positive energy is contagious! The Cashew Dressing will last 5-7 days in the fridge. xo
Would this work with other nuts as well?
Cashews make it super creamy & are my favorite for this recipe. Other nuts like walnuts & almonds work, but it’s not as creamy. You can also make it with tahini (sesame seed paste) or sunflower butter (no sugar added).
dried herbs ok in place of fresh ones? I just do not have access to them at the moment and won’t for awhile. Can’t wait to try this ranch recipe!
All the herbs in this recipe are DRIED, except for the chives. And yes, you can use dried chives. 2T fresh chives is about 2 teaspoons dried.

Best healthy ranch dressing recipe I’ve found. Thanks!!
Confused by the name of the recipe–should I use raw or roasted cashews?
RAW, unroasted cashews taste best in this recipe! xoxo
Has anyone tried replacing some of the cashews with white beans? If so, what proportions?
I’m guessing the flavor would be about the same but maybe less creamy.

Love this idea. I haven’t done it, but have made very creamy & delish dips (and protein pesto!) with white beans. I would guess 1/2 cashew + 1/2 white bean would be delish!
